	ADEA's working groups were created to devote more particular attention to relevant and topical issues for education in Africa. There are currently eight working groups:

WG Distance Education and Open Learning (WGDEOL) (Integrated in the ADEA ICT Task Force)

WG on Education Sector Analysis (WGESA) (was merged with the Working Group on Education Management and Policy Support (WGEMPS))

WG on Education Statistics (WGES) (was merged with the Working Group on Education Management and Policy Support (WGEMPS))

WG on Finance and Education (WGFE) (was merged with the Working Group on Education Management and Policy Support (WGEMPS))
