The title of her wining research: “Public Expenditure Management and Education Outcomes”.

Presented to the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, Faculty of Commerce, Law and Management, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.

Dr. Nana Adowaa Boateng is a Senior Public Management Specialist at the Collaborative Africa Budget Reform Initiative (CABRI) in South Africa.

Dr. Adesoji Adeolu ONI, Nigeria

Position: Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Research Interests: He specializes in Sociology of Education and Foundation Studies in education, with particular interests in social problems in education, teacher education, social change in education, social deviances/social disorganizations in education with focus on students’ secret cult in Nigeria. He has published widely, with about 87 publications in these areas throughout the World.

Intérêts de Recherche: Politiques de développement avec un accent particulier sur celles relatives aux réformes économiques, à l’éducation, la pauvreté, l’intégration régionale et les nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication.
