The Books and Learning Materials (BLM) Section of the ADEA Inter Country Quality Node on Teaching and Learning (ICQN-TL) is organizing the fourth “Enabling Writers: Bloom Software Training of Trainers Workshop” in Kampala (Uganda) from 6^th to 9^th November 2018 at  Imperial Royale Hotel.
