Christian Elongué was the knowledge management consultant of the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA). He has over 8 years practical experience in the social entrepreneurship and international development sector, helping institutions to be more impactful and sustainable through a more effective use of their knowledge assets and human capital.

Prior to ADEA, he worked as the knowledge management officer for the West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) on regional capacity development and research initiatives related to philanthropy, civic space, women empowerment and social accountability.

He brings to ADEA extensive leadership experiences in action-oriented research, design thinking, eLearning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, knowledge management and communications to contribute to achieve ADEA’s mission.
