Arnaud Yombo is a regional project manager and contributes to strengthening public policies and systems through evidence-based analysis, institutional diagnostics, and public policy analysis and advisory in Africa. A political scientist specializing in public policy, institutional governance, and planning, he has over 10 years of experience in comparative systems analysis and institutional capacity building. He has worked with international NGOs such as AFIDEP, the Nkafu Policy Institute, the French Development Agency (AFD), and the French Research Institute for Development (IRD), providing strategic analyses based on data and field research. He also conducted postdoctorate research at the University of Cape Town, University of Chicago and University of Upsalla at the Nordic Africa Institute. His work lies at the intersection of applied research, project coordination, and evidence-informed public decision-making, with a particular focus on policy design and implementation. He has extensive experience coordinating multinational projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in complex institutional environments.
