Ibrahima is a seasoned Senior Education Specialist who participated in developing major policies regarding education in Sub-Saharan Africa and contributed to the preparation of significant international events. He has a vast academic background as he was professor at the National University of Guinea for 15 years. Ibrahima also consulted with prominent international organizations with a special focus on education. From 2012 to 2017, he coordinated the ADEA Working Group on Non-Formal Education based in Burkina Faso.
