Michael Tusiime Rwibasira
Michael has more than 10 years working experience in education as a lecturer, researcher and consultant. He has been a lead researcher on two USAID-sponsored women leadership projects in partnership with the University of Los Angeles California (UCLA). He has represented Rwanda on a team of East African curriculum experts that drafted and validated curriculum frameworks and systems for the harmonization of the East African Teacher Education Programme. His other research works include conducting graduate tracer studies and employer satisfaction surveys, literacy and home environment and education and social change. Michael is currently the Head of Department in Charge of Examination and Accreditation at the Rwanda Education Board and also the Coordinator of ICQN-TL and the Network of African Learning Assessments (NALA) as well as the SDG4 focal person for Rwanda.
