Lily has over 30 years of experience with the Public Sector, NGO’s and International organizations. She is a seasoned Librarianship and Mass Communication specialist. Currently, she is the focal point of Books and Learning Material (BLM) section of the ADEA Inter-Country Quality Node on Teaching and Learning (ICQN-TL), and she is based at Moi University based in Eldoret – Kenya, where she works as a Librarian in charge of the University Bookshops. Lastly, Lily is published and has a book titled Publishing and Book trade in Kenya and several papers in peer reviewed publications.
